With a distance of 5000 miles and a goal of $500,000, each mile represents $100. Not included in the amounts above is a generous gift of approximately $127,000 from a member of the Kobrin Church in Kobrin, Belarus. European Baptist leaders have donated 2 Volkswagen vans for transportation, money has been donated for 3 wind turbines to generate electricity for Kobrin Camp and the House of Mercy, and nearly $5,000 has been collected from Belarusian Baptist Churches.
